Registration Fee

The paper registration fee is required for an author to participate in our conference. The registration covers the cost of 1x author and 1x paper; any additional papers must be separately registered as an “Additional Paper” and paid in full. Additional authors that aren’t presenting at the conference must register as the listener in order to attend. Participants could complete the payment by USD or RMB. Early Bird Deadline: March 25, 2023. 可通过美金或人民币付款。

Presenter registration include: Conference package (all conference tracks, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner on June 9); Conference materials; Paper presentation

Listener registration include: Conference package (all conference tracks, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner on June 9); Conference materials (Registration Form Download).

PLEASE NOTE: For more efficient communication, the conference will welcome all social media methods, such as online presentation and communication, or audio clips, video clips, etc.

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. 会议注册费不包含会议住宿，会务组建议作者尽早预定。

Refund: If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund;
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund;
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund;
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email.
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Property Safety: Please take care of your safety and all personal belongs, and wear your name tags during the whole conference. No responsiblity or liability is accepted by conference organizer in respect of any loss or damage.
